Backpacker Magazine Editor Goes on a “Woofer”
Steve Howe, Rocky Mountain Editor of Backpacker Magazine, recently returned from a Wilderness First Responder (WFR or “Woofer”) course in Zion. Read his report here and take a look at his video footage above. Words he used to describe his WFR: “intense,” “grand,” and “very useful.” And that’s coming from a former EMT.
